I personally consider the best 380 for carry is the Walther PPK/S if you are going to carry a 380.
A Doe walks out of the woods today and says, that is the last time I'm going to do that for Two Bucks.

Owned a PPK/S and wouldn't ever consider it for CCW today, I also wouldn't consider the Kimber Micro, Sig, or Mustang for that matter. For a lot of people, looks are the biggest consideration.

Looks have nothing to do with it for me. It's all about what I will carry the most. Hell my SCCY and my Kahr are more than I want to carry. With hopes that I'll never have to use one. The less I notice I'm carrying the more I'll prolly carry.

BROUGHT A MICRO ABOUT A MONTH AGO, HAVE ABOUT 100 ROUNDS THROUGH SO FAR. NO PROBLEMS SO FAR, VERY WELL BUILT. Dang thing SHOULD be for about $1100+ bux.. Actually they can be had regularly on GB for $475-$500 + shipping. I have shot 2 different Kimber Micro .380's and both shot/functioned fine. I don't really like carrying in a pocket so it doesn't interest me, but I think the Kimber is no better/no worse than the Sig P238 I owned.

... although, at that price they're used, not new.. I was referring to the factory new plain-jane models with rosewood grips. Here's one that didn't sell earlier today. The asking price was $499 + $30 shipping: http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=547584727

I saw that auction - dang near left a bid on it.. Just went to Kimber's website and noted that a few models of the .380 micro are ambi-safety.. Guess I didn't know that before.. That Raptor Micro's one sweet little pistol.. (drool)..

Went back to my local shop today. Took 20min and compared the Kimber micro, the Colt mustang and the SigP238xtm
The Sig with it's extended mag(7) and it's sights and trigger has easily became my preference of the 3. The Extended Mag makes all the difference in this lil .380ACP and the sights.
Can be had for $650. F'ing sweet little handgun.

Carry my Sig 238 almost every time I carry. Techna-clip makes it too convenient. Back when it was cold. You can just make out the clip.

The first time to the range I had some problems with feeding. After a cleaning and lube it functioned perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised with the accuracy of this little gun. The sights could be better, I'm going to put a dab of florescent on the front blade
