Last night, Sean Hannity on his radio show, was talking about the fact that the FBI wasn't going to rush the investigation. Evidently there is a push to get it done before the convention. He mentioned that this might be a problem because some of this stuff might be affected by the statute of limitations of 5 years. Some of these violations are coming up on 5 years old.
Is there a statute of limitations, and if so, how long?
