Thanks, that's why I asked. I truly like good ones, but have been disappointed often ! Bit like Pinots, bought a $35 bottle last week. Good vineyard, good review, opened it, nice "nose", but completely flat, acidic flavour profile.

Yes they are ! Nice going Scott. Ours was homemade pizza. Prosciutto, fig preserve, fresh baby mozzarella, arugula & shaved parmesan cheese. Forgot to take pics. Recipe & pics here: http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/fig-prosciutto-pizza-with-arugula/Was excellent !

As usual, Sunday is food prep for the week, to feed the working household. Deer Backstrap Stroganoff, with shiitake mushrooms ! To be served over al dente wide egg noodles. Deer Chilli ! To be served with Corn chips & then crusty rolls for lunches. Guinness Moose Stew ! To be served with Crusty Ciabatta baguette.

Tonight was a 1/2" thick piece of fried bologna with two fried eggs and a salad.
Okie/redneck goodness.
