Bought these to replace my very similar Crispi boots. Found the Meindl's to be essentially the same fit, and no real improvement on my very soft feet. Anyway, I missed the window to return them to Cabela's. I've put a coat of Nikkwax on them and worn them on one 5 mile hike. These are essentially new. My loss, your gain. They're made to wear a heavy sock and thin liner. I wear a size 9.5 street shoe and these boots fit a heavy wool sock with room.
