This weekend, my brother & I & our families, watched the Australian Rules Football (AFL) grand final on Saturday night. We ate home made meat pies with "mushy peas" & Holbrooks Black sauce (Worcestershire sauce). Perhaps a coupla coldies were consumed !

I like to make it with peas, but of course that's a personal preference. The pie looks out standing. I am sure it went fast. smile

Hatch hot roasted green chilies (Ortega canned work fine), chicken broth, diced pork shoulder, cumin, garlic, salt and pepper. Simmer, taste, tweak, simmer taste... Pretty simple.
