Some good looking eats on here. This was some hangover medicine the day after my wife made that prime rib. Washed down with an IPA. Obviously, your hangovers don't hurt much or for long.

Then STFU. The rest of your statement is superflous bullshit with no real bearing on this discussion other than to massage your own ego. Suckin' on my titties like you wanted me.

Saturday morning was a frittata with farm fresh eggs, Deer summer sausage, red onion, big dollop of heavy cream & a sprinkle of shaved parmesan & fresh flat leaf parsley.
Saturday night was deer backstrap with sautéed onions, [bleep] mushrooms & sweet peppers made into a gravy/sauce with a cup of beef broth, corn starch, splash of red wine & a knob of butter.
Sunday night was deer backstrap steak sandwiches with thick cut bacon, avocado, Havarti & ripe tomato, on toasted Winnipeg Rye.
Was a good weekend !

Ed, I could have sworn it was "immortalized" above in the campfire recipes !
However, no dice, & can not find using the search function.
Have to wait for Dan to chime in.

Been wanting to try one one of those cheese stuffed pizzas I've been seeing on commercials so tonight was the night. On the big mean green machine of course!! Dang was it good!! Went with the wood fired grilled cheese crust with some thinly slice tomatoes and pepperoni!! All from scratch so it was definitely worthwhile!! Next up is that meatloaf Dan!!

Looks great, David. Did you use the Italian flour?

I thought those were mashed potatoes and not cheese, which I got excited with trying.
On several occasions I've included cubed yukon gold potatoes in the meatloaf. Believe it or not they're a great addition.
Making one this weekend and will post-up.
Meatloaf, mashed/gravy and green beans. Maybe some yeast rolls. Nothing better!!

Have to wait for Dan to chime in. Speaking of which we need to post Bart's chili under the sticky. Anyone have it? Also, I'll take Dan's loaf up top! Mucho gracias!!

[quote=BrotherBart]Here we go...This is simple.... 1.5lb Chuck roast 32oz beef stock or broth....Broth is saltier... 4Tbsp Chili Powder 1Tbsp Garlic Powder 1Tbsp Onion Powder 1Tbsp Oregano 1Tsp black pepper 1 packet of Sazon Goya,Con Azafran(You can find this in most supermarkets) 1Tsp Cumin 1 medium onion, diced 1 8 oz.can tomato sauce 1 can Rotel Tomatoes,(Diced tomatoes with green chiles).
Method.... In a heavy soup pot or dutch oven... Cut the Chuck roast into quarter inch cubes(this is important). Cook until grey, not brown...Drain the meat and discard the grease and liquid. Set meat aside... Cook diced onions with corn oil until soft. Add beef stock. Add Sazon packet. Add tomato sauce. Add Rotel. Cook until boiling. Taste for salt....Add salt while simmering until it's right... At this point the mix should be orange..... All Tbsp & Tsp should be heaping... Add meat. Add all dry ingredients EXCEPT Cumin..... You might need to add water if it's too thick... Simmer for an hour, covered, stirring every 10 minutes and taste it for salt... Add cumin and simmer for 15 minutes... Turn off the heat and let it set for a little bit.... Serve with sharp cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream...
