Well got it last night and am not happy. Looks like it was colored with a torch. Absolutely ridiculous finish.

Action and barrel dropped in, but have to grind down the mag box now to get it to fit. Sits too high in the rear. Howa inlet.

Zero room to drill for pillars. Action is not supported on the sides. No little shelves for it to sit on. Only supported at the front and the rear tang.

I can't even return it as I was so pissed at the finish I started sanding on it to see if I could get it down to bare wood. My fault that I'll have to live with. It is hideous looking, but I love the weight and shape of it other than the recoil pad shape.

Not sure I will ever buy another one or not. Going to be a chore to get it looking presentable.

I got a 1972 Sav110 223 off a gunshow table in 2013 for $240.

It was an odball reciver with action screws on 4.52" centers and I used a fat aftermarket recoil lug [drilled reciever for lug pin], so I had to mill out the Boyd's tacticool stock [now called pro varmint]

I put a Lothar Walther barrel on it in 223. I made my own pillars.

In 2015 I put a $300 Dumoulin Mauser action, 6.5-06 Shilen barrel on a pro varmint stock. I made my own pillars and recoil lug.

I found a 1996 Rem700 7mmRM with Leupold 3x9 for $400 in a pawn shop.
In 2016 I put a 7mmRM Benchmark barrel on it, drilled receiver for recoil lug pin, 56mm IOR scope, I milled out Whidden gunworks V block for PTG bottom metal, used pro varmint stock.
