I sent my M77 bolt to Greg and got it back in less than two weeks. $125 cost (plus shipping). I am really pleased with his repair.
While mine was still a shootable rifle it just bothered the heck out of me. I was looking for another bolt when this thread got going and am glad that I saw the suggestion to use Gre`Tan.
