Nash and I snuck out yesterday and found a big herd of elk scattered over three or four coulees. We snuck in and sat down and I picked out a nice tender looking cow....grin. I waited for her to turn broadside and stuck a 162 'Max behind her shoulder. It was just a great day out hunting with my brother. Put several miles on but it was all worth it. Thanks guys... No Nash didnt even put in for a cow tag this year.... Don't ask me why. Tanner I can't believe it didn't blow up on the hide....grin. Same with the buck I shot today.
