Dear Press Corps:
My election proved that very few give a crap about what you broadcast or publish. Better start thinking about a career change.
Sincerely, The President-Elect Dear Press Corp; Go fugh YOU'RE self. donsm70

"We believe there is an objective truth"
It would be great new day in America if that were true. Alas, they lie. Bigly.

Dear Press Corps:
1. Why is your credibility so low amoung the American public?
2. How can you call yourselves honest brokers of the press when poll after poll displays that you overwhelmingly support liberal views?
We, the American people, decide when the MSM press is viable. Not you.
Apologize for your dishonesty and start regaining your credibility.
PS: Licking Obama's boots at the final press conference wasn't a good start.

He's spends nights watching Scarface, writes his screed trying to channel Tony Montana and thinks his threat will cause DT to flinch. What a moron.
..and they still wonder why...

There lies a great opportunity for a new breed of journalists who actually follow the true journalistic creed to make a killing in the news world.

That was one of the most blatant, self serving, sanctimonious, self righteous pieces of hypocritical blather I've ever read. The mainstream media are 99.8% in the tank for Obama, Hillary, and the Marxist Socialist inspired Democrat Party, and every single word said by Trump, every single thing he does or tries to accomplish, will be vilified and disparaged by these holier-than-thou elitist parasites.
Trump may be brash, but he damned sure knows who the members of the main stream media are, their goals, and their inherent biases to the far left.

Bullsheit! Not anymore they aren't. Seems like that died with Walter Cronkite. As for regaining public trust - well good luck with that chum.

Once the “free” press of this country abdicated its responsibility to be neutral, and began to function as a carefully calculated propaganda machine, it could no longer be considered “free”. In fact most of the press is now an open wing of the Democratic and Progressive Party, hardly unbiased. And hardly worthy of any constitutional protections. Is it not the height of hypocrisy that the press demands constitutional protections at the same time that same “free press” wouldn’t piss on the constitution if it was on fire. Propaganda is certainly free speech but certainly not constitutionally a protected one. The majority of the so called “free press” in America is an attack machine against those that rejected Democrat and Republican whores and voted for a man, not a party, in Donald Trump. They are Trumps enemy and so they are ours as well. They can all go to hell for all I care.
Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny. Thomas Jefferson

But while you have every right to decide your ground rules for engaging with the press, we have some, too. It is, after all, our airtime and column inches that you are seeking to influence. We, not you, decide how best to serve our readers, listeners, and viewers. So think of what follows as a backgrounder on what to expect from us over the next four years. LMAO... They're SO desperate to remain relevant, and he could GAF... Hilarious..

Some time in the fairly recent past it became obvious that the "press" had decided they wanted to "make" the news, rather than report it. They are really not active participants - at least not in a positive way - in the world around them, they just repeat what those more relevant say and do. This is evidently no longer enough, and yet it is what they have chosen as a career, and all they can aspire to. They have become much more like actors, who spend their lives pretending to be someone more "important" than they really are, or ever will be. Unfortunately, this attitude seems to be prevalent from the national to the local news scene.

I was listening to NPR the other day with a gaggle of "reporters" complaining about Trump possibly moving the press corp out of the Whitehouse.
The first respondent started off by saying that it was the press's job to provide accountability to the executive office.
I nearly ditched my truck changing the station.

...All of this, of course, is your choice and, in a way, your right...
—The Press Corps This is no member of the press corps who would write "your" where he should have written "you're." I see what you did there. Right? It is from Columbia University...
