I am NOT much of a drinker (a beer now and then!) but at high noon here in Montana I will pour myself a whiskey and hoist it with well wishes to our nations new President.
This morning I am gleefully watching the inauguration and counting my blessings that the hildabeast was not elected.
I am also watching a small herd of Mule Deer in my yard taking advantage of the melting snow that allows them to get down to my still partially green lawn and eating it!
What a great day.
How are you celebrating Trump's inauguration?

If it's not rainin' cats and dogs, may well light up the Mountain Howitzer,....toss a few celebratory pounds of BP into the ether.

Wild West & Raeford: My whiskey is some I keep on hand for "special events" its probably the cheapest whiskey ever made but my beloved father drank a fifth of it every day (working alcoholic!) for 35 years or so until he quit drinking altogether, for the last 15 years of his life.
Anyway its cheap and it tastes sweet to me - it is called Kesslers Whiskey.
Enjoy your toast's.

I am helping a young cop and a young EMT build their AR-15s.

Then I will load some 45-70.

In a celebratory mood.

Hatari: Good idea on the steak tonight - the VarmintWife is working today so I will take her out to a nice steakhouse and celebrate with a fresh (never frozen!) Montana beef steak.

I inherited 2 1/2gallons of Kesslers from my grandfather 10 years ago. It has now aged 11 years.

Dale06: My good friend down on Big Sheep Creek (45 miles south of me) is celebrating the day with a bottle of nice champagne he received for a Christmas present.
His lunch today will be a grilled filet of 3 pound ice fishing caught Rainbow Trout that we caught earlier this week.
Life is good.

Cheyenne: The VarmintWife and I both rarely partake of "hard stuff" but when we go out to dinner we sometimes order a Margarita!
I just love the sweet and sour taste of a good Margarita.
By coincidence I just heard one of my friends this week refer to Tequilla as "Mexican Scotch" - I thought that was funny.
Enjoy the day.
Oh I forgot I also plan on shooting one of my firearms out in my front yard as soon as Donald J. Trump is sworn in (or as soon as the Mule Deer leave the lawn!).
Trying to decide which gun to shoot (then clean!).
