Pinto Beans cooked with "ham leavings" and skillet corn bread.
Simple meal fit for a king.


Heat the skillet in the 425 degree oven while getting everything set up and it will have a nice brown bottom crust, cover with foil for half the cooking time.


Some spelling errors can be corrected by a vowel movement.

I suggest Coscto's canned tuna. All the other name brands we grew up with now look and smell like something from the bottom of a muddy midwest river.

Yep sure have but ate like a human not a T_REX Oh well not my Heart they are plugging. Saw two of wifes brothers suffer through heart surgery in the same week last week. sure makes that two pounds of steak look great

Not really sure why you post here but thank you for your concern for my health....and you did guess incorrectly I had a shrimp cocktail appetizer and my lady and I shared the steak...course she probably ate 6 oz

That does make a little more sense I thought maybe it was one of those "eat it all in " in 60 seconds or something stupid!! I just hope you are young and enjoy it while you can and maybe be lucky and never get plugged up ticker. One B I L said he would rather die next time rather than go through a massive heart attack and 5 artery bypass and recovery!
