You have a point, if you are on a general bag safari..if I were hunting with the .223 I wouldn't be looking at Eland either!  Just the aforementioned little guys....

I'm not expert on Africa, but I only take one rifle. How many of you take more than one rifle at a time? I want to have a rifle that will handle what ever I run across and want to shoot. Seems like you don't know what you are going to run into.

IndyCA35 - knowing that the .22/250 and .220 Swift are not "military" rounds but the .223 is - would this cause an entry & customs problem? Homesteader
