Tell us about soccer team sucking pos.

If anyone here happened to miss England beat West Germany 4-2 at home (Wembley Stadium) in the final of the 1966 World Cup, well it was about like last night cool

Local news station is reporting that someone stole Brady's game jersey. He told the equipment manager to hang it in his locker and when he went to his locker later it was gone.

Epic choke by Atlanta.. Never saw anything like it. WTH did they do? Go into "let's try to not lose the game now" mode, ala McStupid? Unbelievable choke.. Even the QUEENS couldn't choke that bad.

No question now - Brady's the best QB to ever play the game.. Congrats to NE..

No phuqtwit Brady didn't lose his shirt. It was stolen.
I guess when you are a mohick you think when someone puts their personal property down unattended it is ok to take it.

What you saw was the difference between a team that thought it was big time, and a team that was big time. Whether you like them or not, the Patriots are professionals who know how to win. Atlanta is no where near that status.

Didja hear the boos when Goodell took the mic?
I think it kinda got to him.
He concluded the presentation to Kraft with "... take your superbowl trophy home to New England."
It was pretty clear there was no love between Goodell and the Pats.

Here is a good article detailing the Falcons epic choke job in the 4th.
https://www.google.com/amp/s/theringer.com/amp/p/8d30236f1a2c?client=ms-android-verizon
Kyle Shanahan's utterly stupid play calling led to the sack fumble on a 3rd and 1, then going from a first and 10 at the Pats 22 to a punt. This one won't soon be forgotten. A truly historic display of incompetence and poor judgement.

And, Kyle Shanahan will be a head coach before April.

Combine that with the prevent defense that took the pressure off Brady, and you get a loss by the Falcons.

The Falcons ran into a buzz saw in the form of Tom Brady’s second half, and there’s no taking away from the miracle the Patriots quarterback produced: In the final two quarters and overtime, Brady completed 28 of 37 passes for 287 yards and two touchdowns in leading New England on scoring drives on their final five possessions.

Brady must have been roughed up a little. I guess he needed to stop in at Shields MRI after the game. grin

Statistics showed a VERY different game than the most important statistic (the scoreboard).
At halftime we pulled up the stats and it showed a VERY different game.
At the half Pats dominated every statistical category other than score, turnovers, rush yards.
Aikman and Buck didn't get it. The 5 giggling analyst panel clowns didn't get it, but there was an undercurrent in the 1st half that many did not notice.
