My family owns a beach house about 30 miles down the coast on Pawlets Island....we avoid MB like the plague. We venture as far nort as Muriel's Inlet to eat and that's it.

That's why I have a hard time believing in the concept of a hell for doing "bad deeds" as espoused by a lot of organized religions. I don't see a solution, though, other than cycling them through the system and, maybe, million to one odds against, they will change. Humor is a coping mechanism for people who see that kind of stuff every day. It keeps them from being depressed beyond belief.

To the best of my knowledge, they all acknowledge that the infinite God knows everyone's heart and judges accordingly.
Some kids are messed up from molestation. Some are messed up because mom and dad did drugs. Some are messed up because of poor genetics.
But quite a few are just azzholes, think they can do whatever, have no accountability, game the system and then pay the price.
Just had one local thug die from that. Good riddance.

The ol lady works in the juvi and reg school systems. I'd say she was a "moderate" when we met yrs ago. She called me a radical. Now she just says "you were right".
Her sister is a full blown liberal POS, her two kids ran wild, and are F ups. She now a teacher......complained about how 70% of kids from her jr high are failing in high school. White/black trash school she was at.

Bull crap guys, we all have a conscience, that's God given, regardless of how ones raised, EVERYONE knows right from wrong, they know full well they're breaking the damn law.
And when they crash land into a pile of lifes chit, they invariably have a choir of bleeders singing "we are the world, we are the children, lets start.....! making excuses for their repeated fu-ked up behavior.
Perfect picture of trying to take on this world without God. She is literally the exact type of person Jesus sought out when he was on this earth in the flesh and she has a lot better chance of going to Heaven than some "successful" person that thinks they don't need God because they have a large bank account.

I agree with you Cheyenne about the sadness of generations of people living like this, but you don't go to hell for "bad deeds". There's only one thing that will get you to hell and that is denying that Jesus died as a form of payment for your "bad deeds". I say this out of love for you and any other people that haven't been exposed to this truth. I know that a lot of organized religion has undermined Jesus' message by adopting a "Holier than thou" type of attitude. Spending some time in the Bible especially with the right people encouraging you will reveal these truths.
Talk to these girls that end up like this. Have them tell you their life stories.By the age of 10 a lot of these girls lives are so phugged up by physical and sexual abuse and repeated abandonment that there is no hope for a normal life.
Then you have predatory men who seek these types out when they reach puberty and start their manipulation, hooking them up with meth, heroin and crack and then the real abuse begins when they beat the schit out of them every day, rape them and start pimping them out.
Lucky to reach age 30.

A Lesbian told me once that applied to most of her circle too.
I have no idea what happened to that woman to put her in that circumstance. I have never been an addict tho my brother, cousins and uncles were/are all alcoholics. The adults in my circle growing up all treated me with love, caring and respect.
