What is "bullying"? Good definition please before I try to answer that OP question. It looks like it is being expanded to include any kind of verbal or written communication that damages someone's self esteem (however fragile that self esteem may be). What's next? Outlawing disapproving looks? So - who gets to "expand" it? That definition is so fuzzy as to disable any legitimate criminal charge. Let's see - we must first quantify the measurable level of the alleged victim's self esteem before the alleged damage occurred.

Not speaking to this case as I don't know the facts, but I will say that I have never understood the need for some people to purposefully make someone else's life miserable.
Not a real member - just an ordinary guy who appreciates being able to hang around and say something once in awhile.

In this case it looks like the court system. I've noticed a lot of news articles over the last few years where kids have been suspended for saying unflattering things about classmates on social media. We are living in an increasingly "sensitive" society.

There are regions of this country that could be conquered by an army equipped with nothing more that a little harsh language. Whoaaaa! Too much truth here.
