Pork cutlets with a strawberry glaze, cheesy cauliflower, broiled caramelized brussels sprouts, green beans with sliced almonds, ice cold milk and the last of the pistachio almond ice cream. BURP !!!!!

Everytime I chicken fry up a mess of elk steaks or nilgai, I have these two little urchins that show up from the back of the place to help put all of Gramp's chow away!! The pork shoulder is at 181 degrees and the egg is just right at 230. I think 2 more hours at least. Not bad, variety is the spice of life, and it's been a while since we did burgers on the grill.
