10 sets of 10 Reps step ups with 90lbs(2 plates) on plyobox Upper Body Jail house Dips Latpull downs BP- Did better than I thought I would. 30 mins on Treadmill 10 mins on C2
not much time because PTs went till 7PM.

Light night
6 sets of 135 lb powercleans with 10 reps. 6 Sets of 45lb plate clean(like toe toucher) 6 Sets of light 55lb dumbbell rows. 5 sets of hammer strength preacher curls with 3 (45lb plates) 5 sets of 10 reps of 180lbs pec deck.
30 minutes exercise bike
10 minutes C2

about 5.5 miles on the trails; some of the trails (south and west facing slopes) are starting to free themselves of snow

Did lower body today. Goblet squats always kick my ass but moreso today.
I don't know about the rest of you guys (Harry) but as far as I'm concerned, staying in shape gets easier and easier every year that goes by.

Benches 10 sets ranging from 185lbs to 275lbs with chains as assist. Rusty but I pyramided up to 275lbs for 6 reps in a set. 5 sets of 225lbs X 4 Reps
Lat Pull Downs 4 Sets- Wide grip
Tricep extensions 4 Sets - 15 reps
30 min of Stair climber at 130-150 BPM(cardio)
20 Min of Rowing machine 4500M

I guess when I get older I will have to agree or disagree with you depending. 73 today. Hope you are still around to have the discussion. Celebrated with family last night. Today was an easy 3x5. Inclined BP-145 and 3 extra at 155--Squats-180--Deadlift-215 and 3 extra at 225. Elliptical--25min and 20min jog around the gym. Another shooting party with friends tomorrow along with a dinner night out. I'll let you know if you are still doing anything. Hope so.
