simple meal last night. Kielbasa Sausage, cut into chunks, and cooked on a sheet pan with onions and taters. Green salad on the side. Ice cold Yuengling beer. Good stuff.

Those all sound good!

My wife had French dip, I had a fish sandwich, and French fry's, and I ate too much.

Looks great Buddy

Is this the same as chicken piccata? if so, I made it last week and could not get the odor out of my entire house. Thinking it was the lemon cream combo.

The dish was great but next time I'll prepare it in the ouside kitchen.

As I recall I used:

Chicken
Thyme
Rosemary
Lemons
Cream
Whole grained mustard
Shallots
Garlic
White wine
Capers
Red pepper flakes

we're pretty close on the ingredient list. Not sure what lingered here but it did.

Now I'm also considring a much more robust exhaust fan versus the over the stove microwave. Maybe that's the difference.

At any rate, I'll give your recipe a shot!

Thanks!!

No blanch, just low heat.Cooked it a little more after the picture.Used a little olive oil and butter. On the turkey,I used lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil and butter for a baste.Cast iron is the way to cook in the oven.

I love that chit and fortunately you don't have to be a great cook to pull t off.
I eat it at least once and sometimes twice a month.
