I love seafood but don't have a lot of experience with it.
Those suckers look good with a little char. And anything that can be made in mass and frozen is good.
I've saved that recipe.

Last night was beef stroganoff with basmati rice !
Just reheated some for lunch - Mmmmm
Tonight, roast chicken legs & thighs (marylands) & roasted sweet potato, buttered peas & corn.

We did the corned beef a couple of nights back.
Tonight, rouladen, German noodles, red cabbage, creamed corn, and berries for dessert.

Root Beer Ribs. I took a baby back rib rack and seasoned it with cajun season, paprika and garlic powder on both sides, layed it down in my big oval slow cooker, poured 2 cans Barq's Root Beer and let it cook for 4 hours, poured off the Root Beer, added some BBQ sauce, cooked it another 30 min. It came out very tender and tasty.

Three nights ago we did something we never done....shrimp pizza! It was sun dried tomatoes, Italian parsley, shrimp, mozzarella, mids pizza sauce on a rosemary oregano flat bread. It was very tasty! [img:center] [/img]
