There's no working with democrats. The democrats want the destruction of America so unless that's what republicans are willing to work with and towards there will be no compromise. There are 23 democrat senate seats up for grabs in 2018. More than enough to skim off 9 or 10.

Schmucky likes to bluster - not sure he can force all of the Dems into line on this one, as future issues are at stake. Games now - reality later. This^ As some interviewee was pointing out the other day on talky-radio, the Dems would be foolish to push this. Consider what will happen in the next year or two with the likelihood of another opening. If the nuclear option is available, Trump could very easily appoint some ultra-conservative which the Dems could not block. Gorsuch is probably as fair and balanced as they can hope for at this point.

When is questioning/debate over and the vote to be had? Right now is the judiciary committee hearing. At the conclusion they will vote on advancing the nominee to the full senate for confirmation. That's when a filibuster may occur. Or, just a vote. Gorsuch will be confirmed. Schumer has stated he will vote no but had no reason other than conservative Trump nominee I guess.

They will lie, cheat, obfuscate, steal, manufacture evidence, anything that will further their agenda and allow them to regain political power. The majority of the news media are their knowing and willing accomplices. The future of this great country hangs in the balance. Truth, justice and respect for the law will eventually prevail but it's going to be a long and (figuratively) bloody battle. Thank God for President Trump who will not back down from this treasonous filth.
