Congratulations on winning the coolest 80 year old ever contest.

Seriously, wow. I can only pray that I'll reach my 80's let alone ride a 700 lb bike.

Awesome.

Go AGM Dave. I put one in my 4 wheeler over 3 years ago. Still going strong. Cost is a little more, but well worth it. I don't even have the bike on a tender. It starts every time even after sitting for months. Was going through lead/acid every other year. You won't be disappointed.

This is one that my dad and I rebuilt the motor over the winter many moons ago....a 60 something Sears, made by Punch? I think?

and for a short while I had a 60 something Kawasaki 175 that was stripped down for climbing and it had like a 150 -- 200 tooth sprocket on it ...

I had this Custom bike for a time that was built at the local HD dealership. Harley engine bored out, a real screamer. I sold it before it killed me.

You Sir are an example to live by. After 44 years of motorcycling, I just bought my first Harley last week. Brand new Road King.[Linked Image]

The Herritage Springer is my all-time favorite model. You and Dave have beautiful bikes.

Oil pressure too low at slow idle?
