Jimmy, There are some neat little pocket holster's out there that keep your gun protected fairly well. I started using one when I heard about a couple of instances when the trigger got pulled while in an unprotected pocket. But I found that it did help keep out a lot of the lint and other crap that get's in your pocket. I just ordered one for a small .380 that I have with a Crimson Trace laser. It was less than $30 bucks.
