Thanks for the fix....no matter what I did it wouldn't post as usual...

No problem, happy to help.
With the new changes, when linking to your photobucket images, just copy & paste directly into the reply box. Don't use the "image insert icon". You only seem to need it if you're hotlinking to web images.
If you do insert into the image box, it adds an extra set of "[img]" thingies at each end of your "insertion" !!

New take on an old favourite for us !
One of Deb's clients gave us 3lbs of bison burger, that she ground & seasoned, pre freezing with onion powder.
Deb added her Cajun spice concoction + an egg & a good dash of worcestershire sauce & made 6 burger patties.
Grilled, + melted havarti & onto fresh buns + bacon jam, large slice of tomato & big handful of baby spinach leaves.
Mmmmmmm !

Been back with my daughters visiting, so today they cooked a late lunch as part of my Mothers' Day celebration, and they pampered me beyond anything I deserved. Delicious pork ribs, skinned and baked potatoes, grilled asparagus, and coleslaw. Tangy lemon tarts with whipped cream and coffee will be served while watching one of my gifts, a DVD from a collection of the old television program Picket Fences.
