I went and did the online subscription deal for the three magazines. There is no instruction on how to go about downloading the issues and phone messages are not returned. Can anyone tell me how to get access to the issues? I get an email notifying me of the issue availability, click the link to download, and nothing happens except I'm shunted off to a page where I'm directed to subscribe to magazines, where they tell me I'm already subscribed.

Yeah, that part. That's the thing I click on to download and there's just a brown box that says "Click here to subscribe"

Log into the site. Go up to the top of the page and click on the magazine you want to download. You will have the option of downloading the last and current magazine issue.
I also found the site confusing when I first subscribed.

What NVhntr said. Took me some time to figure it out and then a few times to remember from month to month. Now if they will quit charging me twice every time it comes due.

Thanks for the help guys. It still won't work. I can download the sample portion, but not the magazine. I'll have to keep trying and hope they respond. What a clown festival.

You are logged into the site with your e-mail and password and it still gives you only the sample?
Sounds like you haven't logged in first into the Wolfe Page right below the header 2 inches down from the top.

Mike No, I'm logged in. It tells me I'm subscribed to everything. I'm just not allowed to see it.

I've had an online subscription for all three for years. I've had no problems whatsoever with them and I like those mags.

They made a change about a year ago if I remember correctly. My login stopped working. I called and was told that my email address was my new id. it worked fine after that change.

I think it's safe to say they ain't exactly on the cutting edge. When I decided to go with the e-sub, I asked if they could sync my e-sub with my print subscription. "No problem", they said. Well, not so much. I still received the balance of my print editions, along with access to the e-version. Okay, not that big a deal. But they continue to send me renewal notices for the print version.
Another issue is the special editions that used to be included with your print subscription. Now they're extra cost, and the shipping fee they charge prices them out of reason. $7.95 to ship a magazine!?! WTF?
If they ever double-charge me for my e-sub, I'll just go back to print, and cancel Successful Hunter, which is a weak product anyway, I think.
What fresh Hell is this?
