Pulled pork sammies with Cole slaw on top. Not too bad.
Sadly it was done in the oven as my Traeger threw a fit (one of many) and will be going to the scrap heap this week. Diggin' the pellet concept as it's truly set it and forget it.
Some emblematic dish based off of southern Louisiana Creole cuisine traditionally made on Monday's...cooked together in a Calphalon pot, slowly with Conecah sauguage, served over elegant white rice...served on the side is an ever so saught after high temperature cooked bread made from corn meal and other secret ingredients along side of some garden fresh southern raised vegetable bulb........or
Basic red beans and rice...with some high temp cornbread....
