62.0 grains R-22 (Caution Max Load) with 180 NP is sub MOA for me.
I use 61.5 grains of RL-22 in WW brass with Federal 210 primers. Federal brass shows signs of high pressure. Groups run 1 MOA or a little better, which is plenty for anything I'd shoot with a 180-grain bullet. I get 2,750-ish in a Tikka barrel (22 7/16").
55 grains of IMR-4350 gives me right at 2,650, which is about what most factory 180's will do. Federal brass is fine for this one.
