Just finished watching a special on Ray Nagin, Wow! what a blatantly crooked SOB he was.......Kinda reminds you of the Obama administration.

Can you say Marion Berry, Charlie Rangel, Kwame Fitzpatrick, etc., etc.
They get into any kind of public office & think that entitles them to steal..................it's pretty ingrained.
