Went to lunch with some fellow workers today about 1 mile each way up and down hill grin not bad actually and there was not much shade. Yeah it was in the 90's

High 90's yesterday and wasn't hydrated or rested up for it, and my body really suffered. Came home and took care of that and had a wonderful day today to spite the heat. Truly surprises me how your physical state is so dependent on preparation to be out in the heat for 10-12 hours.

Yall don't know what HOT is... every morning it is 85-92% HUMIDITY and 80 degrees at 7am... with no breeze... SC ain't made for snowflakes.
