I bought 250 9mm gold dots, they are pulled, and the weights are 115,124, and 147. My batch was 77% 124gr. 10% 115 gr and 13% 147gr.
I'm very pleased with that. The pull marks were negligible. Most didn't even seem to have some.
I'm thinking about loading the 147s in 38 special cases? Thoughts?

.355 will work in a 38 for plinking, I've shot hundreds.

Ruger makes a 38 Special 357 mag/9MM combo revolver
