FWIW, Be careful. When George was starting out I had Eric build a M40A1 with the adjustable cheek piece. Most accurate .308 Winchester I have ever owned. It led to a dozen more rifles...;-).
She will be just fine I think. Finally got my new rings in and made it to the range. For shooting factory hunting ammo it seems to shoot ok. (Less then 1/2")
On the bathroom scale it weights 7.3lbs with the rail.
That is funny. We spend thousands on custom rifles & optics. We always want to know what everything weighs. But, when it comes to good scales we always default to the bathroom.
