Ah, there you are, quite deliberately avoiding the issue. Life in prison w/o parole for throwing a rock? I did not say enforce the law but throwing rocks is not a capital crime. Many of you may actually have tried it once or twice yourselves. Are you felons? Much less capital offenders? Only in your dreams.

Rocks are fully capable of killing somebody. It is deadly force. Who gives a crap what the weapon is? Who gives a crap what race is doing the throwing? The intent, is to harm.

Damned right color matters to me. Often normal, when the least altercation happens they turn into violent animals, which I consider them all anyhow. Run a rap sheet on any black family, and half will have serious felonies. Why is that?

It has become almost predictable that most low-life critters will somehow conjure any sort of personal offense needed to stimulate defecating in their own nest. Very sad.

Lost in all the focus on the rioting is this:

Cop shoots a guy, claiming he was reaching for a gun.

Cop goes back to his car and opens a bag, rummages around inside it.

Cop then finds a revolver in the car, but it only has the cop's DNA on it, not the victims.

City pays victims family 900,000 bucks in settlement.

Couple or three years later, Prosecutor gets a Grand Jury indictment against cop.

Cop waives jury trial.

Judge rules it was a self defense shooting.

Victim is black and a heroin dealer, so it's all good.

So let's get back to talking about riots, free speech, and the Constitution.

Now the protesters are marching through all the shopping malls. Really smart!

These thing are to be settled in court, not by mobs in the streets at night.

In this metaphor you're the fat old guy.

If nothing was done in the legal system about this whole thing i believe that folks might have more of a bitch over this.

It was heard in a court of law and because they don't like the outcome it should give them the right to burn,maim and do other destructive things to folks property and persons.

I DON'T THINK SO.

i believe anyone has the right to protest over what they see as bad calls but that does not give them the right to destroy.

Don't care who or what the fellow that got dead did/was.

In these enlightened times folks just need a lesson in peaceful protesting.

And Beans there are a lot of things that can kill/hurt folks.

The people that do the harming should get what the law spells out for the crime.

I just think you would feel different if these nice folks were to attack you and yours as well as torch all of your stuff.
