I am digging those sights, who makes them. I don't know. I like them too. there is a generous notch in the rear and the front sight is slightly thinner than a stock Glock, plus quick to acquire and easy to see with the fiber optic The contouring and stippling I like too but I have not shot it to really get a feel for it. Maybe on Taran Tacticle's web sight they spec out the sight they install.

I am digging those sights, who makes them. Looked it up on Taran Tactical's sight it is their brand of sight and cost about 85$

What do the two allen heads for? I'm guessing they hold the cover plate, where an optical red dot sight would be mounted.

I think they look outboarded because the slide has been slimmed down.
I could be wrong.

Dave I think you nailed it. They milled the factory slide serrations off. Then cut in the slanted new serrations. To accommodate the allen head screws tops the carbon fiber filler plate is bulge out. If they went with a smaller headed screw they may not had to do that.

Nope, not an MOS or a slimmed slide. That's a Trijicon RMR cut in the slide. RMR mounting screws sit a little outboard like that, so the cover plates end up with those "ears".
You can tell the slide is not slimmed because the factory serrations are still present along the bottom edge. It is beveled more along the top edges though which makes the cover plate ears stand out more.

Wish I could find out what more I can do for my G19 trigger. I keep adding things and it's getting better, but still not as good as my G41 with the complete Ghost kit.
