I’m going to pick up a couple of good heavy belts to keep with my pistol holster so I don’t have to screw around with swapping out the holsters.
I’m not finding any - recommend one if you know a good one (links are good).
Thanks, Spot

X3 on Hanks. I have 3. Great belts and good prices and even better customer service and fast shipping. They frequently run sales.

Another vote for Hank's, though I still wear my Mernickle belt most. 15 years of daily carry on that one.

The Wilderness.com "Frequent Flyer" belt for a non leather belt is second to none. In fact I am wearing one now with a 4506, and a couple extra magazines (I have to take kids to school in an hour). LINK http://www.thewilderness.com/belts/easy-fit-frequent-flyer-belt/For leather, I have Milt Sparks rigs that I have worn for more than 20 years that are still going strong. https://www.blackarchholsters.com/products/beltThe best I've had in 15 years. Beats anything leather and all the tactical webbing. And, the holsters are even better.

I bought the Xtreme CCW belt. 17 oz. 1/4” thick, 1.5 wide and solid 1 piece leather, not layered. Think it was 57.00 shipped.

Sptshooter,
You could do far worse than calling El Paso Saddlery & telling their agent what you exactly want made. - Their phone number: 915-544-2233. (EPS is GREAT to deal with. - They also make all my holsters.)
My gunbelt was bought over 25 years ago for police service, when I was a reserve deputy & I still wear it every day for concealed carry. = NOT cheap at the time but worth every penny.
just my OPINON, satx

I bought a Crossbreed leather belt for around $60. Well worth the money. Heavy duty and stiff.

Milt Sparks Holsters makes great belts and I have a couple, but you usually have to wait 2-3 months to receive them because they are always back ordered. I also have gotten over 20 years of service from a Ted Blocker belt which was a little cheaper than Sparks but still very good.

17 oz supports a stainless steel full size 1911 well. I just got an 18 oz and it's a little stiff but will break in. No problems using it.
