I was able to spend the afternoon shooting one of these in .308. This rifle was VERY accurate and a ton of fun to shoot. It was topped with a very nice Vortex scope that complimented the rifle nicely. It functioned flawlessly and delivered very little recoil. It is certainly not a rifle that I am in the market for, but boy was it fun to shoot! I thought the concept was a bit weird until getting to shoot one.

I bought one of the early models in 243 Win. It is a hoot to shoot!

Ruger really brought something innovative to the market with the RPR. Its an easy and relatively inexpensive way for shooters to get into the precision rifle game.

Ruger has changed their ways for now, I don't have a problem with them or their guns at this moment.

Bill is dead and gone. The rest of us are over it, what he did 25 years ago has no bearing on today.
