Any harm in shooting Swedish surplus Ammo in modern rifles? Just wondering if the cupronickel projectiles will damage or wear barrel out faster. Any insite on this is appreciated.

Just shoot it. If I had a nickel for every round of that stuff I put through rifles with no ill effects (including a M70 FWT) I could take all you guys out for a beer. However, I don't know when the cutoff was for corrosive primers, so you ought to plan on deep cleaning after every session.

Thanks for the response. Plan on using it for target practice on steel and save the good Ammo for hunting purposes.

It should be great for steel hanco, Those were my thoughts also, it’d be a cheap way to play the long range shooting.
