I have a 527 in 7.62X39. The carbine. I absolutely love that little rifle. Very inexpensive to shoot, low recoil, and very accurate.
CZ knows what they're about.

A Kimber Adiondack in 7-08. And a H & H Double Rifle when I hit the Lotto.

Winchester 1892 "Saddle Ring Carbine" with a large lever loop chambered in .44-40. Just so I can flip cock it and say, "Fill your hand you son of a bitch!"

I always kinda wanted one of the 94 Winchester Muskets that they made for the NRA's 100th anniversary in 1971. One of these days, I'll run up on one.

I kick myself every once in awhile for not buying a Ruger 1A , chambered for 303 British, that Muledeer had in the Classifieds some years back. The price was definitely right on that one.

Browning BAR, 308 WIN or 270 WIN, all Belgian - been having an itch for one of those for a number of years - need to go ahead and scratch that itch.

My latest "just for the hell of it" rifle is a Rem 700 classic in 300 Savage. Found one new in the box, so promptly put a VXII 2-7 on it and got it to the range before it was ruined for life.

No, it won't do anything better than my .308s will. So what. Shoots great, very accurate, not a lot of recoil, looks good. Have carried it a few days this deer season, won't replace my Kimber Montana, but will get used now and then.

Rigby Highland Stalker Rifle (or a look alike). Probably be too darn scared to take it out hunting, but really like the way they look.

I'd remembered the ad from a while back and had previously sent a PM about the rifle. Dug it up and saw it was still listed after I posted above. BAM!

Now I'm in the process of having my "Just for the Hell of It Rifle"!

What's not to like about a Mod 98 Mauser, with a custom Atkinson barrel in 6.5X55
