looks good, and would be a lot of fun. I thought about it for awhile, and then decided that for me, a carbine in 9mm was not all that exciting. 10MM? O Yeah, that would get me down to the gun store.

I dunno.

My first inclination is that it's a handy carbine.

But then I wonder what it can do better than a nice AR15 carbine in .223?

Holy kshizzle! It’s a takedown too, will pack easily in the trunk or even on a motorcycle. Browsing around I find its expected to sell in the mid $500’s.

They’ll sell a million, more power to ‘em cool

Exactly. Nice that it takes Glock mags. Set up with rails, too.

Nothing. Keep your AR racked in the cab. Much better. If I'm taking on the cartel in Wild Bunch fashion, I want a real gun and not some playtoy.

Well, one advantage to those who carry a Glock would be magazine and ammo interchangeability. Handgun loaded up and a spare 32 round mag in the glove compartment which can either be used for the Glock or the carbine, depending on the situation.

I wonder if some one will figure how to use xd(M) mags? Don't have a glock or a sr pistol.

About time someone made a politically correct carbine. Wish it came in 10 mm.

I'm in. I've wanted a pistol carbine and the re-introduction of the PC will work well for me. that it accepts Glock mags is icing.

If you already have a Glock, a 1911, or an XD series pistol, you might want to take a look at the Mech Tech....Hell, even if you don't have one, it seems to me this would be a little more versatile....even lighter...

With the Mech-Tech, you have to factor in the cost of a sacrifice handgun. You can't keep it ready to run in the trunk and have your handgun in your holster at the same time unless you have a handgun to sacrifice for the carbine.

Looks like an updated and better version of their older PC9 in a takedown.
It'll be on my list.

Did the designers at Ruger make some sort of new years bet last year on who could design the ugliest gun and now they're all trying to win at the end of the year? eek grin

People can call them ugly, I bet Ruger will call it profitable.

I'm guessing if you listen closely you can hear older PC9's decreasing in value....
Those were going for $1k or more on GunBroker.

At first glance it reminded me of a Remington Viper.

Why would it have a 223 sized mag well?

My first thought was that I need one. My second thought is that I’m not sure why. The cost is juuust high enough to make me get to that second thought. If it were a $100 or $150 cheaper, I probably wouldn’t make it to the second thought phase.
