Dimmies forcing the shutdown by blackmailing Trump and GOP to pass DACA protection.

I say shut it down.

No compromise.

You think it will happen?

Works for me.

Nothing critical anyway.

I'd as soon scale it back to that anyway! That's the way it should be!

Everyday that they shut it down is a day that they don't take any more of our freedoms away, every law they pass hurts us a little bit more and restricts or limits someone's freedom.

We have more than enough laws than our founding fathers ever dreamed possible.

That's right.

Every law passed and every lawsuit filed takes that much more of our freedom away.

I wouldn't count on congress going home and not passing laws though...

I hope trump holds the line.
A shut down is not a big deal. Essential services will keep working.
Makes one wonder about non essential services.

Heck------ I say we should dare them to shut it down, and then give them an extra push.

Withhold federal taxes until they trim off ALL the fat that is not specifically authorized by the 9th and 10th Amendments. How'd that jive with the treasonous socialist agenda of the "lib/Left"?

Remember, the Bill of Rights, the first 10 AMENDMENTS, amended something,----------the so-called "Supremacy Clause"

All the out of control government taxation and spending is bases on the "supremacy clause" passes in 1789, but AMENDED in 1791

Holding America's budget and America's federal employees hostage over the rights of people who are here illegally. Brilliant.

Isn't it?

Over people here ILLEGALLY.

That tells you everything you need to know about democrats. They side with parasitical illegals over US citizens.

And if Trump plays to that idea, the Demo's would probably lose this fight.

If they shut it down, Federal employees just get a paid vacation.

I am so darn tired of everybody.....Democrats and Republicans alike......using illegal immigrants as a pawn in this chit. These people are here ILLEGALLY, so crying out loud Washington, just do your damned job and send ALL illegals back. If they want to come back, then let them go thru the proper channels.

Considering that the bulk of the power for the country comes from the Corp and bureau of rec.....I'd want those guys working. Or have lots of wood stockpiled.

lol,...I was on the Outer Banks of North Carolina during the last shutdown. The beach on Ocracoke Island is a National Seashore 15 miles long.

It's just a beach,...where the Ocean meets the land. There's no development on it at all. It's just there. People walk on it and surf fish on it.

The Federal Government declared the beach had to be closed because of the government shutdown. There's only one or two park rangers who oversee it,..and there's really not much to oversee. I've been out there several times and I've yet to see one.

Anyway,..the Park Rangers didn't feel any particular need to shut down access to the beach.
