I got 100 rounds Friday.....it looks pretty good.

Early Generation WW Brass weight (average of 5) 183.5 grains, 52,4 grain water capacity to case mouth
Late Generation WW Brass weight (average of 5) 161.6 grains 54.2 grains water capacity
Reformed new Hornady 444 Brass : Weight (average of 5) 181.9 grains....52.2 grains capacity

New Hornady Brass..... 171.9 grains, (average of 5) 53.8 grains of water.

I like how Hornady split the difference for 307 Brass in between the WW extremes. They also kept the price reasonable. I am switching to Hornady 307 Brass. Unfortunately they made their equally new 348 Brass ridiculously expensive in a box of 20 and I won't buy any. Might as well buy 348 loaded rounds at that cost.

Have been thinking of heavier bullets for the 307..ought to drive 190 grain bullets 2350-2400 ft/sec. So I modified some 200 Speers. Will see how everything shoots this weekend.

I bought a bunch of WW brass for my 348 when I first got it but haven't seen any in a while. I did order some Hornady but it's on backorder.

I'll have to be desperate to buy the Hornady, 348. It's packed in bags of 20 and very costly! Well you can get it for 40.00 in the US it's twice as much here.

Just watched your YouTube clip and very cool as always.

It will be neat to see how those modified Speer bullets work out. With the extra speed of the 307 Win, the 150 gr FN TSX and 150 gr RN E Tip are intriguing bullets. Modifying a 180 or 200 gr Accubond could be neat as well.

Man, I need to get another 307 Win again lol.
