Well gentlemen, I am stuck here at work this morning. The temp. is in the low 40's and a kinda spitting cold rain is falling outside so....... I'm building a hen and sausage gumbo for the fellas. I use hen so it doesn't cook to pieces and of course fresh deer sausage. Sure wish ya'll had smell-a-vision on your 'puter screens. Nothing smells like a good gumbo simmering on the stove on a cold, wet rainy day. Have a good 'un, LKH
