My wife told me to act my age the other day, I told her to get out of my fort.

I ache like hell all the time but feel pretty good riding and the older I get the faster I was. Old, fat and slow but still do it.

I still laugh at my own farts and try to get my wife to laugh too.

I generally try to make the most of what's left of life and not let it all get me down too much. That will keep you down.

Will be 63 in April. Don't get hangovers. I could act a lot younger if so many joints weren't worn out.

My joints are HORRIBLE. I am going in tomorrow for a 4th shoulder surgery. At least I'll have an excuse for acting like an idiot when I am loopy from the meds.

You don't have to but it's preferable to the alternative.

I forget to act my age occasionally. But my body always brings me back to reality.

I broke a few big stumps into fireplace sized chunks a couple days ago with a splitting maul. My rotator cuffs objected.

I *think* I'll be able to raise my arms above my head today. We'll see.

Not even close. I have frequent water fights with my 10 year old boy and his friends, even in cooler weather. When we go to the beach I stay in the water for hours, riding waves and throwing football. Heck, I stay in so long that the skin starts to come off the bottom of my feet. I’m the only Dad around that sled rides with his kids. Pot bellied country boys around here all want to stay on their four wheelers, in the snow. I can’t imagine growing up and being serious all the time.
