I have an E pre fix model 922 revolver missing the cylinder pin. I see several M pre fix and newer pins on Ebay. What is the difference between them and will it work in my gun. Thanks

E is 44 and M is 52. I doubt there is a difference. You don't see many war year prefixes. I can't imagine it costs much, so I'd go for it.
