Boulder Bay, on Eagle Richard.

Not much slush, good road plowed, lots of snow on top of 36" ice !

Hard to walk in non packed areas.

Venison backstrap, salt, coriander, garlic powder and pepper. Seared in butter. Eggs over medium with an arugala salad. Good for breakfast, dinner... there's never a bad time for steak and eggs. I do this often.

Salt Pork and Pinto's go together like Opera and Ice Cream.

Don't use too much SP or they'll get to salty. I use 1/2 of a 12oz package for a pound of beans.
Onions and garlic are mandatory......Okra's optional.

Hahahaha!

I found a recipe that calls for bacon, ham hocks and diced ham.

I reckon I could slip a little SP in there somewhere. Maybe for the diced ham.

Cool knife. I a few old family butcher knives too. I have no idea what brand they are but they're collectors knives to me.
