I have 20 ga. rifeled slug barrel,, and i was wondering ,,can i shoot regular shot shells out of this barrel, especially large shot or even buckshot, without hurting the rifeling???

I doubt if you would hurt the rifling , but I wouldn't look for very good patterns.

won't hurt it. I bet the patter will be really wide very quickly. Due to the spin imparted will fling the pellets wide very quickly.
Whatever you are willing to put up with, is exactly what you will have.
When your ship comes in. ... make sure you are willing to unload it.

...Also ,it would build fouling in the barrel really quickly,which would negatively affect accuracy with subsequent slug fire (Vigorous cleaning would avert accuracy loss)
