I would think any anti-missle battery that engaged, would then be obliterated, but, just a guess.

"The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said a total of three scientific research centers had been hit in the attacks" I wonder what type of research was being conducted.

Pentagon press-conference just now said somewhere around 150 strikes on three targets and zero intercepts.

http://www.foxnews.com/world/2018/0...sad-after-suspected-chemical-attack.htmlGen. Joseph Dunford, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said the U.S. did not coordinate targets with or notify the Russian government of the strikes, beyond normal airspace "de-confliction" communications. Dunford said missiles first struck a scientific research center in the Damascus area that he said was a center of Syrian research, development, production and testing of chemical and biological warfare technology. The second target was a chemical weapons storage facility west of Homs. He said this was believed to be the main site of Syrian sarin and precursor chemical production equipment. The third target was a chemical weapons equipment storage facility and an important command post, also west of Homs, Dunford said.

Interesting bit from the Pentagon briefing is that Russian air defenses did not engage. Suppose Assad was getting spanked for putting a kink in Putin's plans? Also that 40 Syrian air defense missiles weren't fired until after all ours hit. And some went ballistic - what goes up must come down. Great fodder for collateral damage claims.

So, America+Allies showed who's still boss, and the Syrians+Russians showed that they still ain't got it decades after the supposed end of the Cold War.
Trump is MAGA once again, with a single drop of American blood being shed over it.
Shall we compare that to the Zero's response?
