I want to replace the black phenolic handle on a fixed blade Buck.. Any ideas on how to remove the existing handle? Thanks.

Pinned in place (unless it is real old - pre-64). For $10 Buck will clean it, sharpen it, and fix it. https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/question-about-the-shank-buck-105.1584696/

Thanks. Do you know if it is also glued or epoxied?

You are welcome. Never heard of any glue or epoxy or seen it mentioned in any collector literature or displays. You can call Buck in Idaho - they are quite good to deal with and will normally get you an answer to any question.
