terrible with what is happening in the U.K. but the Liberals are to blame just a bunch of sheep in England. at my age of 65 years of age this probably will happen in America in the next 20-30 years ,shameful these dang Liberals !

Tommy Robinson whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon was given a suspended sentence at Canterbury under the Contempt of Court Act of 1925 – which makes it illegal to photograph witnesses, defendants or jurors within the court precincts.

Judge Norton said at the time: “This was a deliberate action on your part.


“Your intention was to seek out the defendants. It is abundantly clear you were on a mission to film the defendants.This is not about free speech or freedom of the press, legitimate journalism or political correctness.
“This is about justice. It is about being innocent until proven guilty.
“I find clear evidence of contempt. I take a dim view of your actions. If you commit further offences this sentence will be activated.”

She said any further contempt and Robinson would be sent to jail for three months on top of any further sentences.
So what does Robinson do? He takes a camera to Leeds Crown Court and starts recording, and the police did give him a warning and advised him to leave the precinct but again he chose to ignore them.

In the end he was arrested for breach of the peace, a relatively minor offence however he had only recently been told not to go within a Court Precinct with a camera.



As for Robinson's previous prison sentence it was for mortgage fraud amounting to £160,000, which he admitted to and pleaded guilty, and for which he received an 18 month prison sentence, but was released after 6 months only to break the conditions of his release and to be returned to prison.


Robinson was later sent to prison for travelling to the US using someone elses passport, which also broke US Law and he is clearly now restricted in terms of travel to the US. Robinson received a 10 month sentence for this offence which he served in the UK but he could equally have been jailed in the US.



If you continually ignore the Courts and the Police, you are going to be arrested and possible jailed, and stating the Goverment has it in for him is total nonsense.
Don't commit fraud, stick to bail and other court conditions and when the police give you a warning take it, rather than wait to be inevitable arrested.
Also don't make out Robinson is somehow the injured party, when he has had numerous warnings in every single instance.

It's a death sentence. Tommy Robinson will be tortured and murdered in prison for standing up for the right of British women not to be raped by Middle Eastern "refugees".
