You're right, he did say he prepped, whatever that means to him.

I'll bet my guy would claim he preps too, despite ignoring case length (apparently).

One thing about truing primer pockets and flash holes, you only need to do it once.

Prepping the primer pocket once and de-burring the primer hole on the inside is pretty darn quick and easy. I know some writers say its not needed but if certainly can't hurt.
