So why is every one in power all riled up about it it has been going on for a long time? Is it just because Trump won? My question is this why not make it an act of war and be done with it. so it will trigger automatic response. In my opinion the only reason it's being sensationalized is because Mueller and company's witch hunt has proven unsuccessful. So the media is trying to spin this as a "we told you so." No way any of this gets looked at or reported when a Dem wins. Meanwhile America's just happy all that soccer bullschit finally came to a close.

I think Comey opening up a new investigation of Hillary's emails only a week before election, had more to do with her losing than did anything the Russians did.
Of course, the thing the Democrats don't understand is that Hillary had more to do with Hillary losing than anyone or anything else did.

Or perhaps Trump is just a likable person and Americans like to hear other Americans say good things about America.
Nah, that could never be it...

Other countries have been doing much more than picking fights on Facebook. They funded Obama's elections to the tune of $200M or so. Soros funds socialists and no one says a thing. The real problem is in country election tampering. Motor voter allows a lot of shenanigans with registration of people voting that shouldn't be. Hell more dead voted for Obama and Hillary than living. Early voting is a pox and never should happen. If you can't get your lazy ass to an election site and vote you don't need to vote. Then we have the October surprise. When they're really scared they bring out Gloria Allredass and slander the crap out of whomever they need to beat. The only thing that saved Trump is that so many are finally fed up with the nuthouse that Washington has become. Lord Obama flew to Israel and actually campaigned for Netanyahu's opponent.

I feel much more threatened by Democrats trying to influence elections than I do about Russians.
Don't blame me. I voted for Trump.
Democrats would burn this country to the ground, if they could rule over the ashes.

IndyCA35,
That goes for me too. = I'm convinced that there is NOTHING so low & slimy that the DNC, DNCC & the DIMocRATS "leadership" wouldn't stoop to doing to get MONEY and/or POWER.
And I mean they would say/falsely claim/DO anything no matter how immoral. - Truth, honesty & even common decency are "strangers" to the DIMs.

didn't a famous commie once say "It is not who gets the votes that counts; it is who counts the votes, that gets."
so, yeah now we have early voting, all mail-in voting (brilliant one there) illegal aliens get a driver's license and are automatically registered to vote, unless they "opt out" (yeah real genius there), I could go on.

I think the focus should be on making it more dififcult to meddle in future United States elections. I agree100% Can we get a description of what constitutes "meddling". A dozen people on social media posting crazy things to get a response? If that is it, a bunch o people on this board are meddlers!
We have spent how many millions indicting Facebook rabble rousers?
Or is it hacking an emails that the dnc said were never hacked, or a private email server that was said did not exist.
there are 12 current indictments of Russian officials for election meddling, when it is state Sponsored should it be considered an act of war? That still doesn't answer his question. He asked "What constitutes meddling?" and it is a good question IMO. A bunch of trolls posting on Facebook is going to call for a little different response than a massive coordinated hacking attack directed at the actual machines that count the votes or blackmail/compromise of candidates. Has anyone read the actual indictments ? I don't remember seeing what exactly the Russians have been charged with anywhere. I would assume the indictments have to say what the the 12 Russians are actually accused of doing, but so far I haven't read anything other than they have been indicted. As to your question about state sponsored hacking being considered an act of war I would say no not really. As to proving it's state sponsored well good luck with that, I'm pretty sure that the Russians understand how to use cutouts.

I would buy the Russian computer guru guy lunch and shake his hand that planted this gem. People tell me that Hillary is acting ‘like a retard’ since her head injury. Frankly, considering her normal behavior, I’m surprised anyone noticed! (this is a joke!) Have someone talk to her doctor and see if there’s anything he can give her. Also, I’ve noticed she’s had an “odor” lately. It reminds me of a combination of boiled cabbage, urine, and farts. I’m guessing it’s either connected to her fall or simply the fact that she rarely bathes. Outside of encouraging her to take a shower once in a while, I don’t know what to do about this. — any suggestions would be appreciated. –sent from my iPad– john.podesta gmail.com I bet Putin was rolmfao when he seen this. Hahahaaa!!!

Smells like tuna around here.
Just cause your "stable genius" got rolled by the Russians doesn't mean you have to open your pussies without out fight. At least squeal a little. You know it's the me too era, maybe Ellen DeGeneres will defend the elections while you guys get raped.
C'mon guys, land of the free etc...

what is so surprising about election meddling? super powers have been meddling in each other's business for decades, including elections. my guess is that all the efforts have had little impact, but gives current media much to talk about.

Meddling, fraud, stuffing ballot boxes, whatever you want to call it. It's been around as long as elections have been held.

The US has meddled in a number of elections and even overthrown legitimately elected governments (Iran, Guatemala, Chile). But, it has never been rewarded by the elected leader (e.g., President) stating that he didn't believe it occurred. Putin wins on this count!
Would you consider it "MEDDLING" if those same Russians who are accused of meddling, were illegally living in a sanctuary city??? Serious question, because there's a push by the libs to gain a foothold for illegals "voting rights"....starting with giving them the right to vote for school board members....

yours, tex The reason they are all screaming "treason" is that the swamp is getting ever closer to being drained and the whole lot is scared sh*tless of what happens if they can't get rid of him. Recall Hillary's tweet to Donna Brazille on Oct 17, 2016 "If that 'fu**ing bast rd wins. we all hang from nooses!" Whatever could she have possibly meant by that? See Orange Okie's thread from yesterday - O-Okie Media shows no....

Laws aren't preventative measures. In other words, more laws won't prevent gun crime from happening.

San Francisco isn't the only place....the democrats holler about "meddling" by Russia, but they seem to be perfectly fine with the idea of letting foreign nationals that are here illegally, hold demonstrations against the POTUS, ICE, our laws etc......I've seen more than one "La Raza" style political rally held in PHX and elsewhere....why is it OK for the illegals and not Russia???

It is typical deflection by the Dims, They have been rigging voting machines and still lost. I heard numerous accounts of people that tried to vote Trump and their vote was repeatedly changed to Hillary. They had to get poll workers to help them so they could vote for Trump. I didn't hear of anyone complaining that they voted for Hillary and the vote switched to Trump. When I voted The list of Candidates didn't even list Trump on the first page. You had to go to page 2 to find him. Every other time I have voted the major candidates were listed first and the commies and crackpots were listed below them. I asked a poll worker and she said alphabetical order. They cheated and still lost, It's our turn now.
